I have gathered so far. If you don't see your Heath ancestor email me and I will see what I have on them. REMEMBER

WM HEATH JANE DAVIS PATERNITY DOCUMENTS
In 1699 Jane Davis file for paternity against Wm Heath son of Peleg, grandson of Wm Heath the immigrant. I have put the
documents of affidavit of Jane's supporters. By 1700 there was no conclusion and the supporters of Jane Davis petitioned the
court to find a conclusion in the case. No conclusion has been found in the court records. The name of the child is not known
nor is it known if the child survived. Here I have compiled all the documents pertaining to the paternity case. Transcription
of the documents is being worked on.
